   We retain personal information for two years from the date of your consent to the collection and use of personal information. We destroy the information without delay after the retention period expires. However, if there is a legal obligation to retain personal information under applicable laws and regulations, we will retain the information for the statutory period under applicable laws and regulations.
4. 4. You have the right to refuse to consent to collection and use of your personal information. If you refuse to consent, downloading resource materials and inquiries services may be limited.
