Glossary Carbon Neutral

Carbon Neutral refers to the process of offsetting greenhouse gas (carbon) emissions to make the net emissions zero. This can be achieved by calculating the greenhouse gas emissions and investing in energy facilities that replace coal or oil power plants, or by planting trees to absorb emissions.
