Glossary Fuel Surcharge (FSC)

Fuel Surcharge(FSC) refers to the additional transportation fee that airlines charge for each cargo shipment based on the increase in transportation costs per unit distance due to the rapid rise in international fuel prices. Each airline has slightly different regulations, and they are designated by IATA area. Korea is part of Area 3.
