Glossary ULD (Unit Load Device)

ULD(Unit Load Device) refers to freight containers, pallets, and igloos used for air transportation. In other words, ULD is a type of freight container that was traditionally designed to adequately load bulk cargo on airplanes. It refers to unit load devices including containers and pallets.
