Glossary Consignment Note

Consignment Note is a document that specifies the cargo that should be transported to the port of shipment, and is prepared by the consignor. This document is signed and sealed by the inland carrier who receives the cargo. The items recorded on the document include the name, type, quantity, destination address, payment method, cargo receipt, fees, and date of preparation.
