Glossary Incoterms (International Commercial Terms)

Incoterms refer to international rules for interpreting trade conditions, which are the abbreviation for "International Commercial Terms". It is a set of regulations that explain various conditions used in international trade, such as FOB and CIF, listing the obligations of the seller and buyer for each trading condition. This regulation concludes the trade contract by agreement between the two parties.
