He looked at the fluctuation of freight rates in the shipping market and said that many factors need to be considered, including cargo volume and supply/demand outlook. Samsung SDS said that it is modernizing its logistics services by applying AI to proactively respond to and identify supply chain issues due to rapidly changing global conditions. It emphasized that various risks cannot be eliminated, but it is more important to be able to sense risks quickly and establish response strategies to reduce the impact of risks. EVP O provided detailed examples and directions on how SDS is responding to global risks through three aspects: hyperautomation, holistic visibility, and decision intelligence. In particular, he explained in detail how SDS is utilizing generative AI in terms of hyperautomation. In particular, Cello Square's Chat GPT with generative AI was well demonstrated to solve questions easily, so customers could experience it indirectly.

At the Expert Consultation Zone, customers could receive customized consultations on topics such as ‘forwarding, special cargo logistics, local logistics, and methods to run logistics operations for companies going global,’ and it was a great opportunity for them to resolve various questions.
