The 5500 TEU container vessel COLORADO suffered a fire a couple of days ago and has diverted to Busan in South Korea. The ship is operated by Zim on their Pacific ZEX service. There are no casualties reported, but shippers need to plan for delays. Previously, the ZEX service also experienced a stack collapse causing containers to fall overboard in Long Beach.

Airlines attributed the disruptions to operational issues such as airspace congestion, weather conditions, and technical difficulties.
