Hello 🤗
This is Cello Square, Samsung SDS’s digital logistics service!

Samsung SDS participated in Manifest 2026, a global logistics innovation conference held in Las Vegas, USA, from February 9 to 11, where it showcased its digital logistics capabilities to the global market. Manifest brings together leading companies and technology innovators across the global supply chain and logistics industries to share future technologies and industry trends. This year, approximately 7,200 attendees joined the event, adding to the vibrant atmosphere on site.

01

Samsung SDS took part in the event to strengthen its digital logistics competitiveness in the global market and to share solutions for navigating today’s rapidly changing supply chain environment. Amid growing complexities driven by geopolitical risks, climate change, and constraints in maritime infrastructure, the company introduced AI- and data-driven decision-making frameworks and risk management strategies to help businesses respond with greater agility and precision. In particular, Samsung SDS emphasized the importance of securing real-time visibility and establishing predictive, data-based operational systems.

During the event, Samsung SDS conducted both a speaking session and booth exhibitions, engaging in active networking with global shippers and partners over the two-day period. On the first day, the company hosted a breakout session under the theme “Data-Driven Logistics Innovation and Global Control Tower.” The session highlighted risk management strategies in international ocean freight, data-driven global transportation control tower operations, and the core digital logistics capabilities of Samsung SDS.

02

In particular, Samsung SDS drew strong interest from attendees by jointly presenting a case study with Kyocera on warehouse and local transportation innovation in Europe. Martijn Cillessen, a logistics executive at Kyocera, noted that over the past four years of collaboration with Samsung SDS, they have jointly built a more transparent and predictable supply chain. He explained that by strengthening data visibility and systematizing and automating decision-making processes based on robust and stable logistics operations, they have been able to deliver consistent quality and service levels to customers. He also expressed his intention to continue driving business innovation through ongoing collaboration with Samsung SDS.

03

At the exhibition booth, Samsung SDS showcased its digital logistics service platform, Cello Square, presenting integrated services that enable everything from quotation and booking to settlement on a single platform. Many visitors showed strong interest in features such as spot and instant quotes for ocean, air, and inland transportation, real-time tracking through a customer portal, and end-to-end visibility across the entire logistics process.

04

Andrew Hieber, who oversees sales at the Samsung SDS US Office, shared that the company received very positive feedback from customers during the event. In particular, Cello Square’s high level of visibility, real-time tracking capabilities, and spot and instant quotation services for air, ocean, and inland transportation were especially well received. He added that Samsung SDS’s proprietary AI technology, which enables systematic data analysis and KPI management, also generated favorable responses from many customers.

05

Participation in Manifest 2026 served as another opportunity for Samsung SDS to reaffirm its digital logistics capabilities on the global stage. Moving forward, Samsung SDS will continue to advance its AI- and data-driven technologies and work closely with customers to build more stable and competitive global supply chains together.
